Today the Etzim class collaged placemats to be used for lunch bunch and other classroom activities. In addition to practicing fine motor skills such as gluing and gripping a marker, the students enthusiastically engaged in writing the letters in their names. Some wrote their names from memory, others used a written sample to guide them, and a few connected dots that formed the letters in their names. It is always fascinating to see how much progress the children make with their letter skills from the September until June!
