The Etzim class made apple pie this week. Students helped to cut up apples into small pieces.
We also used this cooking project as an opportunity to compare and contrast what the pie looked like before and after it was cooked. We noticed that the color changed from a white-brown to a darker brown. We also noticed that the crust hardened after it was cooked. Most importantly, we enjoyed the taste of the pie after it was cooked to perfection!
