Use Those Senses!

Roasting pumpkin seeds was fun and delicious.  We scooped the seeds, chose three different flavors (cinnamon and sugar, oil and salt, Parmesan cheese) and roasted them in the oven.  Finally, it was time for the taste test.   Everyone had some strong feelings about which seeds they wanted to try.  As we were graphing our results, we wanted everyone to experience as many flavors as they could.  We gave everyone three options for experiencing the seeds, which are captured in the photo below!  Jacob tasted, Nicolas smelled the seed, and Eli licked it!  The winner?  Parmesan cheese!
