One little duck

One of the rituals we do during circle time  is place some ducks on the rug and sing a duck song. It helps the children by letting them know we are starting cicle and gives them an item to hold during circle. Some children just hold them like Mason who always grabs two and say it's the mommy and the daddy. Kayla on the other hand has the ducks dance to all our circle songs.
