A Busy Week

Sometimes rainy days are our busiest days.  Last week was certainly an example of that.  By Friday we were all exhausted.  In the midst of a very busy classroom, Ben and Sam walked over to the book corner together and took a little power rest!

The Tel Aviv Construction Crew had a full day building and creating new structures with lego's and magnitiles! But as you can here in the photos, by the end of the morning the crew just ran out of gas... So they took a well needed break and caught up on some reading.

What do we do when the lights go out? Part #2

I took a peek into the Tel Aviv class and I wanted to join them. Wednesday's power outage was a chance for a moment of quiet and a break from the active day. Spread around the room, the children were taking advantage of the darkness for a quick snooze. Feet propped up, Hadley was the most relaxed of the bunch. The perfect activity for the dark room.
