The Monkey Bar Challenge

Our monkey bars are a challenging part of the playground. Many of the younger children, watch the older children carefully, thinking about the day when they will be able to reach the bars from the platform and give it a try. It seems scary at first, but by the time they are tall enough, they are usually ready to attempt it. Being able to make it to the other side on your own has become a rite of passage at TBSCC. It takes days and weeks of practice, having the monkey bars available, and being able to attempt and practice at their own pace, allows children to truly blossom in their physical skills.
