Since we are starting our mornings on the playground, we haven't had much of a chance to show of our new summer spaces. Take a peek! They are bright and airy and filled with new things to explore. The Katom room features a complete kitchen set, lots of books on display, and cozy couches for reading.
The Adom room has a shelf filled with games and building materials, a large round rug. There is lots of open floor space, which today was filled with a huge window shade and plenty of blue and green paint for mural making.
The Kahol room looks out onto Highland Avenue, but you wouldn't know it. It feels like being in the middle of the forest. We've even seen squirrels climbing the tree in front of the window. It has also a shelf filled with an inviting array of blocks and a cozy rainbow covered area for reading.
The children were already on their way outside by the time I made it to the Tzahov room, so that picture will follow in a few days.

Those spaces look so exciting! I bet the returning students are excited to experience new spaces...most of them on a different floor. They look so outdoorsy with the trees outside.
