Jesse and Mia brought in these books for favorite reading day. Jesse was actually a character in his book. We followed Jesse through his adventures with Scooby, following those Scooby snacks and going through hidden doors and finally to safety. Mia's books The Art Teacher from the Black Lagoon provided us with a some humor on how we could overcome our fears of trying something new, for example art class. Things could get a little messy, but we got through it and it turned out fun. Thank you Mia and Jesse for sharing your books with us.
