Sunflowers are such amazing plants. The children have been having fun painting sunflower shapes at the easel, creating a wooden sunflower garden and planting real sunflower seeds. We are learning about Tikkun Olam and caring for the plants that share our planet earth.We welcome Avi Schechner and his family to our camp classroom. He is seen here holding the gigantic sunflowers.
