There is nothing like a good joke or riddle...
1. What are unhappy cranberries called?
Blueberries
2. Why did the turkey cross the road?
It was the chicken's day off.
3.How is a turkey sitting on a fence just like a dime?
It's head is on one side, and it's tail is on the other.
4.What did the cranberry vine say to the farmer?
Stop picking on me.
5. What smells the best on Thanksgiving day?
Your nose.
I don't know who enjoyed the jokes more Alison or the children. As I told the jokes everyone had a bad case of the giggles!

How do you eat a popsicle?
White grape juice pops really hit the spot today. The children that stay for the extended day program made popsicles for everyone. We all gathered at the picnic table to chat, eat and enjoy the popsicles. As I sat with the children I noticed everyone has their own way of eating a popsicle. The children chewed, slurped, licked and/or sucked their popsicle. I shared my thoughts with the group and they
started to giggle! Tina even got in on the act...But she was enjoying/slurping some juicy watermelon.
