Sandy and Ilana worked hard to create pattern necklaces and bracelets with the colorful links. Once they'd used the entire basket of links, what had started as a math activity quicky turned into an imaginative play scenario. They were now all dressed up and ready to go. But where would they go? That was the easy part! A trip to California was proposed, agreed upon, and quickly planned. But wait! They'd need provisions. Ilana located the picnic baskets and the packing began. Too much stuff and not enough room? That didn't stop these travelers! They continued to pile items on the top, stabilizing them with their chins. And then they were off to California for the next adventure.
