I Spy... A Puzzle

This week in Yarok Bet, we worked on a I Spy floor puzzle. Hayley, Sydney, Harold, Lily and Ellen used the colored edge to build the boarder of the puzzle before filling in the middle pieces. They had fun taking turns with the pieces and helping each other orient the pieces to fit. Each time they completed the puzzle, they smiled with their accomplishment.

Monday Morning Surprise

Abby walked through the door today and said
"Everything is new in our classroom!" While there were a couple of new additions, we had mostly rearranged the classroom to create some new centers and more clearly define the
space. Olive and Madison got right to work at our new writing center!






Drew, Sam G., and Sam C. enjoyed the new location of the blocks, along with some new props!



Jared and Max spent a long time sorting rocks in our Book Corner today. One of our goals in rearranging our classroom is to bring more natural elements into our environment and our daily play. Stay tuned for more developments to come on this front!

Scientist Class is ready!

The Scientist classroom is all ready for learning, playing and fun. All we need now is our Scientist friends to join us for a wonderful year of discovery and friendship. We are looking forward to seeing you all on Monday, September 13 for orientation.
