These are yummy

Today the Haifa class had a special guest chef to help and show us how to make 3 cornered hamantaschen. Thank you to Jenny Small (Nathan's mom) for coming to our class. The children rolled out the dough, cut it into circles, and filled the circles with strawberry jelly. Then the hardest part came. Fold in one side, then another and then the last side. Pinch the edges together very carefully and place them on the parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Then we had to bake them and wait for our snack to cool. Everyone had 2 hamantaschen and said they were delicious. Thank you Jenny for making this happen.
