Not-so-quiet reading!
After our snack, the Levana routine is to take out our basket of books and put them on the rug, so that each child can select a book to look through. Today, Adam, Joshua, and Bennett thought it would be hilarious to read together two of their favorite books at the same time! Joshua was holding "Red Hat, Blue Hat" on top of a book about vehicles, and the three boys read and laughed together, taking turns turning pages, pointing to the different pictures, and reciting favorite lines from the book. The quiet reading time was not so quiet, but we all had a good laugh!

What a great time they are having!
ReplyDeleteAs I read this I thought, wow, that probably wasn't such a quiet calm down time (and then I got to your last line, Gabi). They love their friends so much in Levana. Thank you for encouraging their engagement with each other! They all look so happy!
