The first step in making blintzes is to make sure you read the recipe and check to make sure you have all the ingredients and tools that you need.
| First, Samantha created her own picture recipe, with each instruction represented in a drawing. |
| Then, Harold checked to make sure we had all the ingredients and tools we needed. |
| Ellen began the cooking process by smearing the melty butter on the bottom of the baking dish. |
| Hayley helped to line up the blintzes in rows in the pan. |
| Harold added eggs to the bowl. |
| Samantha measured sugar to add to the mix. |
| And we all took turns beating the eggs. |

| When the batter was ready, we watched the teacher pour the beautiful batter over the blintzes. |
| When we sat down to eat it, it was very hot! So Samantha blew on her bowl to cool off her blintzes. |
| Everyone sampled the delicious blintz soufflé, with a glass of orange juice! |

| Then, we SHARED! We brought Ellen a sampling of our delicious soufflé! And guess what? She liked it! |
