Exploring our outdoors

Oh the great outdoors ! What a truly wonderful world we have been given!!! Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. We asked children to use their sense of sight, smell , sound, and touch as they explored their surroundings. Molly saw the beauty in "levs" (Leaves) , smelled the "lg" ( logs) , heard "car", and felt the "drt" (dirt) . Jacob saw a "snak" (snake) , " levs ( leaves) , heard some "brds" (birds, and felt the "dry" (dirt). He continued to observe and record his surroundings, each time appreciating the beauty of his surroundings. He saw some "tre" (tree) felt some "roks"(rocks) heard cars.
