The children in Adom love following recipes, especially when it leads to something gooey, slimy, and fun to play with! The children followed the recipe for glitter slime this week:
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of Borax
1 bottle of Glitter Glue
1 teaspoon of water
Directions:
1. Combine 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of Borax.
2. Pour a bottle of glitter glue into a bowl.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of water to the glitter glue.
4. Pour the borax and water mixture into the bowl.
Following recipes provides so many literacy, math, and science opportunities. After following the recipe, the children were able to explore the glitter slime!
