Leftovers of course!! After the Chanukah party yesterday, Sauci and I realized that we had a lot of extra pumpkin muffins. So today was leftover day and we had our leftover muffins! These are a super easy recipe and the children ask to make them all the time. We don't indulge that request often, but when we do, almost every single person in the classroom is asking for more!
