Yesterday we made latkes in the Tel Aviv class! Micah and Elias loved grating the potatoes and Micah Rosin loved being able to smell the latkes cooking while the oil was bubbling. He even exclaimed, " I'm always going to choose cooking cause then we get to eat it!" It was neat going through the entire latke making processes yesterday and fun watching them enjoy eating them for snack today!
