The Keshet class enjoyed our first day together, with children and teachers learning a little more about one another and spending lots of time chatting one-on-one and in small groups. An enthusiastic group measured, poured and stirred to create our first batch of play-dough! In these early days, the children learn that in school, there are adults who will care for them and keep them safe while they are away from home. The warm and trusting relationships that develop as we spend time together, talking and playing, are a foundation for our growth and learning throughout the year.
