Today we took full advantage of the beautiful weather and headed outside for a snack in the Sukkah! The Etzim children were extremely curious about the pumpkins and what might have been snacking on them. Some guesses included chipmunks, squirrels, bears, and bigfoot! 
I had the same thought. It was a beautiful day so I moved one of my meetings to the sukkah. And as I walked in, I saw a squirrel chomping away on a pumpkin. I'm glad I didn't run into bigfoot!
ReplyDeleteThis was a big topic of discussion tonight at our house. We thought of other things you could give the squirrels but then Sophie told us that pumpkins were a special treat they only get once a year. However, she ended that with they better not eat my pumpkin!!
