Welcome to our Restaurant!

Hannah opened a restaurant in the Kohavim classroom on Tuesday. She decided she would be the chef and she would serve Chinese food. After creating her menu, she prepared her disguise. She selected a fabric for her apron and connected pieces of construction paper for her chef hat. When Hannah started to put on her apron, Lily quickly offered to help her secure the fabric in the back with a clothespin. As Hannah began to invite customers to eat in her restaurant, the Kohavim children were instantly inspired. Dylan and Noah set the table and put out the menu Hannah had made. Next, Dylan, Noah, Eli, and Max Greenstein all made chef hats! They closely examined Hannah's hat to discover she used two pieces of construction paper that she stapled together. It took team work to put the chef hats together, as children tested out the hats to make sure they fit before attaching the paper and helping one another to staple the paper together. I wonder what will be cooking in the Kohavim restaurant tomorrow!
