Working on Long Term Projects

With Israel's birthday being over vacation, the Haifa kids have been spending a lot of time learning about Israel. We thought that it could be a cool project for the Haifa children to have the opportunity to build their own Western Wall to use and put notes in.

Instead of building it with blocks that we would have to disassemble every day, we though that it would be more meaningful for all of us to work on a project to create the bricks and the wall before we put notes in.

With the help of Liz, the wall is coming along nicely. We have been using paint, wood, styrafoam bricks, tiles, puffy paint, glitter, sequins, and sponges to help our Western Wall have its own unique look. We aren't done with it yet, but when we are, there will definitely be a place for your note!
