Everyting grows and grows... How does this happen? Just as we need to be nourished w/ food so do our plants and all of G-d's creations. The Kohavim children have been taking care of our indoor garden with enthusiasm. You may recall we started this process with your children after we had some exploration of the potatoes and involving them in thinking about what we could do with these spuds. The consensus was to plant them and so we did. We wondered what would happen and we observed and documented. We have been keeping a log of their growth. You may want to ask your children how many unicubes high they are now!
