Today during free play Becca was hard at work making a picture to take home. She made a picture out of different pieces of paper, yarn, and markers. She wrote a story about her family going to the movies together. She was so proud of it and couldn't wait to bring it home. I suggested to her that we put it up on the magnetic cabinet for display so that everyone could enjoy her picture before she took it home. She also made me a copy of it (the green one) so that I could enjoy it as well.
Becca was so proud of her work and she loved being able to share it with the other people in the classroom. We always encourage displaying our creations in school, but most of the stuff they make they want to take home. So I hope that their fantastic creations have put color and happiness into your life as well!
