Today in the Scientist class we had a lively discussion on germs, bacteria and viruses. We learned that white blood cells inside our bodies help to fight away the bad germs but sometimes the germs win and we get sick. We actually saw pictures of what these germs, viruses and bacteria look like so we decided to draw pictures of children giving each other their germs and what we thought the germs looked like. Be sure to check your child's back pack for their picture.

These kids are quite the scientific thinkers lately. I loved the discussion about their own white blood cells.
