I always love it when our students bring ideas from home that they want to share with the class. This morning, one of our students told us how he and his dad had been making paper airplanes, and asked if we could make them here too. And of course, as soon one is made, airplanes were in high demand!!
Our Scientists were testing out the best way to make airplanes and how to make them fly further. They were testing out different paper as well as throwing styles.

Not everyone was able to make an airplane tomorrow, so we plan to make more tomorrow as well.
This was definitely one way to make sure that everyone was alert and aware of their surroundings this morning!!
