Problem Solving Stratgies being used in Mayim!

This past week Chloe Glazer (Zach's big sister) gave a presentation about how it is important to not be a bystander. "Not being a Bystander" has been a topic we have looked into throughout this semester in Mayim because it is one ways that we show Kavod (respect). Chloe used language that Zach had taught her from what he had learned in the Tel Aviv class. She wrote that if someone is bullying you you need to stay, "Stop I don't like that!" She also talked about how important it is for friends to help out each other  and to stand up for you friends if they are not treated with respect. It is so neat to see how these strategies are being used throughout Temple Beth Shalom! Way to go Chloe and Zach!! It is so great how you can teach each other- and the community about how to treat people in kind ways!

  1. I love the Mayim/Tel Aviv connection and that Chloe and Zach are learning so much from each other!
