Getting Ready for Sukkot

The Etzim class has been preparing for the arrival of Sukkot. We started painting the walls of our classroom Sukkah and read a book about the holiday itself. We also had the opportunity to visit Rabbi Jay in one of the temple Sukkahs and learn about shaking the lulav and etrog. Finally, the Etzim class had snack inside the playground sukkah. We noticed the walls were made of wood and that you could see the sky through the roof.
