Our classroom has so many nooks and crannies in it that some areas get overlooked. One such area is the listening center! Tucked between the office/writing center and the door, it's almost like it was hidden in plain sight!
Today was the first day that the listening center was discovered and boy was it popular! The students are learning to take turns and listen cooperatively, and it's great to see them moving and grooving with smiles on their faces!
We are pretty sure this area won't be overlooked again!!

Eli told me about the listening center. Later in the day, he was singing a new song. When I asked him where he had learned it, he said it was from the listening center CD!
