Today in the Sunshine class we talked a lot about pumpkins. Lizzie knew there were seeds inside the pumpkin and the children had a lot of fun guessing what color the seeds would be. Some children were very excited to put their hands inside the pumpkin. Jaedyn thought the inside of the pumpkin was very soft. Not only did we cut into a fresh pumpkin we also made pumpkin muffins from the Trader Joes Mix which the children loved. Each child brought home one pumpkin muffin so hopefully they are sharing their treat with you all.
