During the Unicorn/Sunshine lunch bunch today, while we were all sitting and chatting discussing our favorite foods, we could hear the trees shaking outside the window! Some friends got up and started to investigate. To our surprise we found a VERY big squirrel sitting in the tree munching on his lunch too! All of our lunchbunchers got up to say some hellos and our squirrel friend watched and ate as our friends waved. Max started to stay HELLO HERMAN, and all the LunchBunchers agreed Herman was his name. Herman joined us for the rest of his lunch- and ours- then scurried up the tree. He was a welcomed guest and we hope to see him again.

ReplyDeleteGreat photo of the squirrel, too. On our way back from the Markleys' sukkah, we saw one holding and munching on an ear or corn. Maybe it was Herman.
