A taste of Israel

In our preparation for celebrating Israel's Independence day, the Unicorns prepared some hummus to enjoy as our snack today.  A popular food in Israel- and here in our school, everyone worked diligently to make four big batches of hummus.  After scooping in chickpea, adding in lemon juice, mixing in sesame paste, and finally chopping it til it was all mixed together, many children then cut up peppers, and helped to prepare for our taste of Israel snack.  We are excited to enjoy even more food from Israel tomorrow.
