Reed invited me into the Etzim class today saying, "Ellen you are coming to our class today!" Not wanting to disappoint, I arrived with my whale. Some of the children knew the story from yesterday's Yom Kippur Young Children's Family Service and were excited for a replay. Others caught on right away, reciting the rhyme and using their puppets to help tell the story. Laura even got in on the action in the role of Jonah. This is a story perfect for retelling.
