On Shabbat, we took out our real china tea set and prepared the table for a tea party for two. When we made our choices for where we would play, Max Goldberg and Max Greenstein headed right over to have a cup of tea together. They pretended to pour cups of tea for one another and were so gentle as they sipped tea from the fragile tea cups. Through this dramatic play scenario they had the opportunity to practice sharing, turn-taking,and negotiating. They also enjoyed a delicious cup of tea!
Mia remembers playing with the tea set last year in Kohavim. Love that the children are using real materials!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Is it going to be a regular Friday tradition?
ReplyDeleteLove it! If only Max Greenstein was as careful pouring drinks at home :)
