Exploring Clay with Sasha

Is it harder than playdough? Is it sticky? I like pinching! These were some of the comments and questions put forth during our time with our Atelierista, Sasha. Today Sasha introduced clay to our classroom. The children touched, smelled, kneaded, and molded with great enthusiasm. We look forward to further exploration with this material and with Sasha!
