Build it and they will come! We have really provided "a field of dreams" for the Kohavim class. They are enthralled with the many blocks of all different shapes and sizes to use to create whatever they want. They are experimenting with weight, size, shape, and balance as they figure out what works and what doesn't. With guidelines and supervision the children are safely testing out their ideas, taking risks, and learning from one another as they explore the different properties of all these blocks. Stay tuned for many more pictures to come which will illustrate all that they are learning from the wonderful activity of building.
How cool that they get to play in the block room all the time! They are creating some really cool stuff! What teamwork as well!
