Lunch bunch friends asked me to make a fortune teller. I responded that I was asked yesterday as well, but somehow had forgotten the steps. The only step of which I was certain was that you needed to start w/ a square. Jake Riser said he knew how to make one as his sister taught him. So he became the teacher and proceeded as follows:
1) first you get a rectangle
2) then you fold it so it makes a triangle
3) cut off the excess piece~ and viola it is a square.
then the real folding of triangles begin.
Friends enjoyed making them and putting silly demands on them. such as jumping up and down, counting to 100 etc.
Thanks Jake for teaching us.
