Our Scientists have spent the last few days working diligently on some Passover favorites! Yesterday our boys dove right into the process of making matzah ball soup, from adding the eggs all the way to watching them rise in the soup. Our room was filled with the aroma of matzah ball soup by the end of the day. Today for snack, we got to taste the fruit of our labors, and let me tell you, our boys have a future in Jewish cooking!
