Who is REALLY Cool??

It is always fun to sit and listen to the many conversations between friends at lunch bunch.
Today for example one friend had a chocolate candy in his lunch bunch. Another friend after seeing the tasty treat said " Wow your mom is so cool".

Then after some reflection said, my grandma is sooo cool too, you know she buys me candy AND toys."

Who could this grandma be???
