Unicorns were busy working on our auction item- Noah's Ark bookends! We read a book about Noah's adventures and we learned a song about Noah and his animals (Rise and Shine). We talked about what an auction is and how we can help our school by making an item for sale that will not go home with us.
It was alot of fun making the animals. We put our bookends in the hall so all the parents can have a chance to bid. In case you will not be attending the event on May 7th, please stop by, check it out and place your bid!

Drew: 2 dogs Kissy and Missy- they like to go to people’s bathroom
Lily F.: Lissy and Ariel- they go into my house, go by the sink and eat special rice
Rachel : 2 horsies- Elizabeth and Eyeball horse with 10 eyes
Lily K. : 2 snakes - daddy and Cinderella they eat mushrooms
Jake : 2 turtles -Mary and Max They’re going to Florida on a train to eat chicken
Eli : 2 Bears- Telly and Ms Maria They like to eat and eat and eat macaroons
Dylan : 2 Alligators
Rylan : 2 Bunnies
Sadie : 2 Snakes I made them because worms squggle just like snakes
Avery : 2 Snakes~ I made them because they have little eyes
Zack: I like to make the rocks
Max : 3 snakes

Those are some serious book ends! I hope that the explanations of the animals are with the auction item because it makes them all the more special! Especially Missy and Kissy! Can't wait for May 7 to see all these amazing kid-crafted auction items!
