Let the interactive play begin!

When the Sunshines began school last week, our class was very quiet. The children were exploring the room, as well as each other. Every once in a while two children would play side by side and then move on to something new.

After just one week of school, the Sunshines are talking, playing and interacting with each other. On the playground today, Zachary and Brett were race car drivers zooming through the playground. Lizzie walked right over to the boys and asked them, "Do you need gas?". Zachary responded that they "would in one more circle." Sure enough, they looped the pavement and came right back to Lizzie. She grabbed the nearest equipment which consisted of an empty sand pail and some links and proceeded to fill both cars' tanks with gas. The boys pedaled off soon after!!
