We came back to a musical treat with Matt who also joins us for our Shabbat celebrations. We were trees, in anticipation of Tu B Shevat ( Feb. 8th), a moving train, and a color medley. Matt inspired us to look for colors on our clothes, translating in Hebrew, as well, while providing a rhyming tunes. We learned the following colors:
Red ~ Ah Dom, Yellow ~ Tsah hov, Orange ~ Kah tom, Black ~ Shah Khov, Blue ~ Kah Khol, Purple ~ Sah Gol, and
white ~ Lah Vahn.
For me, personally, I remembered some of these from my work with Ms Smadar who provided the Unicorns with a daily exposure to the Hebrew language. Thank you Matt. We hope to continue with providing the children with these interactive games to learn their colors and have fun in the process.
