With the sound of groggers coming from all around, the Unicorns are definitely feeling the spirit of Purim!  The children in the classroom have been busy for the past few days making the teachers Purim costumes, and today, we made hamantaschen!  The students of the Unicorn class rolled up there sleeves and started pounding out the dough, making circles, then filling it up with delicious choices! Everyone worked diligently as they started to form the triangles.  This prompted some inquisition from some children at the table, and we started talking about why we make them into triangles.  With some help from some Purim books, we were able to look at Haman, and see if we could find triangles on either him or his clothing.  After our investigation, we realized they are represent his tri-cornered hat!
