"I'd like to buy some pizza, please," said Jeffrey.
"I don't work here! Ask Noah," came Alison's reply.
"Noah, do you work here?" Jeffrey wanted to know.
"Yes!" Noah proudly replied.
The conversation continued as the children discussed the roles of customer and cashier, trying to figure out exactly how the exchange of money was supposed to work. Jeffrey's purchase of a half pizza (a very expensive $100 half pizza!) was a success. Noah counted out his change and politely thanked him for shopping, just like a proper cashier.
