WOW! WATCH IT GROW!
A few weeks ago, the Haifa All Stars planted an amaryllis plant. Every Wednesday since then we have measured how tall the plant is using Unifix cubes. At our last measurement it was 27 cubes high. When we came in today, we immediately noticed that the plant was starting to bloom- not just one bloom but three! 
Everyone was incredibly excited about what had happened. Come in and see our beautiful plant. You, too, will be amazed!

We have one growing on our window sill at home too. (a gift from one of my students). I wonder how similar or different they will be. Mia will have to research!
