Corn-Apple Muffins

We chopped some apples and mixed them with some corn muffin batter to create , Corn-Apple Mini-muffins. There are so many ways to add apples to a recipe and the Levana class has tried quite a few. While waiting for the muffins to bake, we danced and played with colorful balls in the community room. Finally, the muffins were ready to eat. Don't they look delicious?

    Sounds fun! The kids must have loved baking and dancing/playing while waiting for their snack to be ready.

    So glad you cooked today! Adam was so disappointed to see on the blog that he had missed cooking on Monday. "Hey! NO FAIR!! I want to cook with my friends!"
