Chilling with a gooood book. First it was just Sabrina and Jacob just sitting in a comfortable chair reading along with the CD book. Then others were inspired to join in. We brought in several books on CD's (ok, I often still refer to them as books on tape.) Not only were they inspired to read and join in, they negotiated the teacher role. They carefully listened and turned the pages so all their students could look at the pages as they followed along. One of the greatest gifts we can gife our children is to the love of reading and learning. Providing opportunities for children to mentor one another in this joyful experience is a bonus as it comes so naturally from their being. What a pleasure it is to sit on the sidelines and be a witness to the leadership and joy/
