Ushpizin: Welcoming Guests into Your Sukkah

Sukkot tradition encourages families to ‘invite’ symbolic guests, biblical ancestors or other people who we admire or who are important to us to be part of their Sukkot celebration.

Whether or not you have a sukkah at home, Sukkot is the perfect opportunity for a discussion about welcoming guests.  Talk about people who are special to you—loved ones, friends, Bible heroes, other role models. Who would you invite in?
