The boys and girls have been enjoying many of Robert Munsch's stories. In this particular story, MMM Cookies a little boy makes some play clay and creates some culinary delights to 'trick' his parents. He offers cookies to mom and dad and then decides he wants to trick his classmates. You might want to ask your children how that worked out?? They were excited to make their own clay culinary delights to take home. I hope no one was fooled!!! There was some delicious looking challah, pizza, cookies, and burritos made. They even tried to 'trick' Melissa with some Challah.
This is great way for children to develop their love of reading and learning.
WE LOVE LOVE LOVE Robert Munsch and are enjoying borrowing some of the books we don't have at home (and we have a lot). I love that you are connecting activities to books they are reading in class. Mia was so excited to share her play clay creations.
